An engineer measures the roof and the soil, works out the protection level your house needs and picks the head. You get a fixed price in writing — usually the same day.
STEP 02 · ONE DAY
Installation
Our own crew, our own components. Nothing is drilled into your roof that we have not made and tested ourselves. Most houses are finished in a single working day.
STEP 03 · PAPERWORK
Documents for Act 15 & 16
Earthing measurement protocols, as-built drawings and declarations of conformity per Regulation No. 4/2010 — the set the commission asks for, plus a 10-year warranty.

01Does a lightning rod attract lightning to my house?+
No. An early streamer emission terminal does not increase the chance of a strike — it gives a strike that is already coming a defined point to hit, further from the building, and a safe path to earth. The only thing that grows is the protected area.
02Do I need a permit, and what about Act 15 and Act 16?+
Lightning protection is part of the building’s compliance under Regulation No. 4/2010. You do not need a separate permit, but you do need documentation. After every installation we hand over earthing protocols, as-built drawings and declarations of conformity — exactly the set the commission asks for when issuing Act 15 and Act 16.
03How long does the installation take?+
Most single-family houses are finished in one working day, by one crew. Complex or very large roofs occasionally take two. We agree the date at the survey and we do not subcontract it.
04My roof is tiled / metal / flat — is that a problem?+
No. Because we manufacture the masts and brackets ourselves, awkward roofs are a production question rather than an obstacle. If nothing standard fits, we make the bracket for your roof.
05Will this help with my insurance?+
Many insurers ask you to document that the building has compliant lightning protection before they pay out for a strike. We cannot speak for your policy, but we give you the paperwork that proves the installation meets the standard — bring it to your insurer.
06Do you come outside Sofia?+
Yes. We have offices in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna and we survey and install across the country. The survey is free wherever you are.
